Patient Access is provided by our clinical system supplier. It allows our patients to book appointments, request repeat prescriptions and send doctors secure messages. These messages will be responded to within 48 hours and you must actively log on to view this. You need to register in person at the practice for this service. Please bring a form of photo ID to register.  If you request a prescription and it is rejected please contact us.

Recently we have had some instances where patients have recieved error messages when submitting feedback which leads them to think their comments have not been sucessfully delivered to us which has not always been the case. Please allow 2 working days for someone to contact you, if you do not hear back from the surgery after this time please contact our managing partner by dialling through to reception on 020 8772 8772 if you require a response.
