Repeat Prescriptions
| If you are already registered for the EMIS Access System logon now to request your repeat drug items. EMIS Access alows patients to make and cancel appointments or request repeat prescriptions 24 Hours a day without contacting the surgery. If you are not registered we would like to encourage you to come in to the surgery to enable your access (proof of photo identification required – Passport, Drivers Licence, National ID or Employee ID). If your doctor has agreed, you can ask for repeat prescriptions of your regular treatment, without being seen. We need to know your name, address and the exact name, strength and dosage of the drugs. If you let us know before 11.30am (Monday - Friday), your prescription will be ready by 4.00pm. If you send us a stamped addressed envelope we can post your prescription to you or your chemist. The doctors will ask you to come and see them at least once a year, or more regularly depending on your condition to review your medication. To ask for a repeat prescription, either come into the surgery, write, telephone, email repeat.prescriptions@nhs.net or use the form below. The GP may need to contact you about your repeat prescription, please ensure that we have a telephone number where we can contact you when you request a prescription. |
