Pre-Registration

Pre-Registration allows new patients to speed-up the registration procedure by adding their details to the surgery's database. On arrival at the surgery ( a requirement for the registration to be completed ) the patient need not fill in all the forms or give all their details again.

To pre-register at Balham Park Surgery please follow these simple steps:

• Check that you are in our current catchment area. Patients outside of this area will be refused registration.
• Return to this screen and proceed to the Pre-Registration page. (NOTE this page is hosted by the suppliers of the medical software used at the practice).
• Now come to the surgery to complete the process.
